I'm Dan Cotora, founder and platform architect at Cotora. I work with founders across the whole product lifecycle — strategy, build, and running it with them long after launch. Two decades in, with a handful of platforms now serving hundreds of thousands of users.
Cotora is a small, senior team that designs, builds and then operates SaaS platforms alongside the founders who own them — a long-term technical partner across product strategy & UX, architecture & development, AI & integrations, AWS cloud, security, growth, and ongoing operation. The people you talk to are the people who build your product. I co-run it with Bianca Cotora, our AI, integrations and analytics lead.
