What it costs depends on scope, complexity, and how much needs shaping before we build. Full builds start around €50k (about $55k); smaller discovery or rescue engagements are scoped separately. The first step is a conversation, then a short paid discovery (a week or two) if there's a good fit. From there, you get a written scope, timeline, assumptions, and budget. After launch, running and growing it is a separate, ongoing arrangement. We take on a few clients at a time, so if we're booked, we'll say so.

Roughly six to twelve weeks for a focused MVP, three to four months for a multi-feature product, four to six months for multi-tenant or marketplace builds. We ship a small first version early so you reach real users, then iterate from what they actually do.

Yes. Two senior engineers, each with twenty years of practice building and running SaaS end to end. When the work needs a specialist or extra hands, we draw on a network of trusted seniors we've worked with before, always with your sign-off.

An agency usually hands you a rotating cast of juniors and an account manager, then moves on once it's built. A fractional CTO advises but doesn't build. We're the two senior people who design it, build it, and stay to run it with you.

Yes. We start by reviewing what you have and giving you a written assessment: what's worth keeping, what to rewrite, and whether we're the right team for it. In practice, most rescues become rebuilds on a modern stack rather than slow patches to legacy code. If your MVP was built with AI tools, we've written up our vibe-coding rescue process for that specific case.

Two working calls a week of around an hour, with email and chat in between. The first weeks usually need more time as we set direction together. Most of our clients are non-technical founders: you decide what the product does and who it's for, we handle how it's built and shipped. When we need a decision from you, it comes as one clear question.

We stay on. Most clients keep us running and growing the platform with them: monitoring, security and updates, and the steady improvements a live product needs. It's usually a monthly retainer or a block of reserved time, sized to what your platform needs, and you can scale it up or down as you go. As the platform grows, we help you find and vet the people you need, whether on freelance platforms or among candidates you're already considering. We often coordinate that team as it scales.

The documentation and access are already yours, so you can hand off to an in-house team or another partner at any time. When you do, we'll often stay involved through a gradual handover to keep things stable.

You do. Your code lives in your own GitHub, your infrastructure runs in your AWS account, your Stripe and third-party services sit on your billing. The intellectual property in what we produce transfers to you on payment.
